Customer Analysis

  • Age range from around 30-60 as a general category.
  • Sabatini White possibly moving to a slightly younger, more fashion-forward market?
  • Wealthy demographic, those with enough disposable income to justify spending $300-$750 for a garment.
  • According to Goodness shop assistant, a well-dressed, stylish customer base who are willing to spend money on garments they love and loyal enough to call up asking for Sabatini stock. Enormously popular and quick off the shelves.
  • Tendency towards conservative and classic style, but more “sexy and glamorous” than the average 30-60 year old. Willing to try something a little more fashion forward but still playing it safe.
  • More likely to look to magazines and print media for exposure to Sabatini as opposed to blogs – but comfortable with the internet for purchase and further information
